These terms of use govern your use of the Cicli Sport bicycle shop Northern Ireland 's service and website. By visiting the Cicli Sport website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Placing an order on www.ciclisport.com means you are agreeing to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders placed are subject to stock availability and confirmation of price (in GBP Sterling).

The cost of international products and services may fluctuate dependent on exchange rates. All items will be charged in £ GBP. All prices advertised are subject to such changes without prior notification.
Delivery times may very dependent on availability and advertised delivery times may be subject to delays resulting from postal disruption or other reasons beyond our control for which Cicli Sport are not responsible.

We do not sell items in bulk or sell in bulk quantities to other retailers or bicycle manufacturers/ businesses. Pricing and Availability
The price of all goods are stipulated on the website in £GBP excluding delivery charges, which (if any) will be shown in the shopping cart prior to confirming your order. After the order is placed successfully, Cicli Sport will confirm via e-mail the details, description and price of the Goods (£GBP) . Where applicable if any payment is refused or rejected, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and Cicli Sport will be immediately entitled to cease or suspend the delivery of goods until payment has been received.
UK and Non-UK Sales
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT and are charged in GBP £. Cicli Sport accept no responsibility for foreign currency (Non-UK) card holder transaction fees (non-GBP) or currency conversion fees. PLEASE NOTE: Your card issuer is likely to charge your card with an amount equivalent to the £GBP amount, determined by the Currency Exchange rate at the time of purchase. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.
Cicli Sport reserve the right to correct an inaccuracies, errors or omissions that may have be made on the site without prior warning. Cicli Sport reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. Cicli Sport shall make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the point of placing an order however we reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, delivery, payment terms, or return policies. Cicli Sport are not liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.

Product Suitability
Cicli Sport take every care to ensure that product specifications and usage/ suitability information are as accurate and extensive as possible. However we shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given to you reference the suitability (or otherwise) of any parts. Only items ordered from www.ciclisport.com can be returned via postal return. See Full Returns Policy.
Any products/ parts ordered for repairs should be fitted by a qualified bike mechanic in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Cicli Sport can not be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.
Please ensure that you read all product warranty conditions on receipt of the item and before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item.Cicli Sport cannot be held responsible if theitem is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified bike mechanic/ technician.
Cicli Sport only sell NEW items meant for sale within the UK/ Irish market.

SITE UPTIME
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational al day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
